A message to the freshman

Get ready kids because high school cross country is way better than middle school. You will be more exhausted in high school practice. But you will have your team who will be with you every step of the way. You eat together you will spend a lot of time together you will swim together you will be in pain you will know your team so well you will be in a line together you will know the ins and outs of next weeks course you will jam and run together you will be in sink with your team. You will know more about your team than their best friends you will grind together you will cry together. High school cross country is a brother and sisterhood that will last a lifetime no matter who you are. The next 4 years you be dedicated to the sport with your team. It will be the best 4 years of your life. If you don't let them fall they won't let you fall. So just one question. Are you ready? Cause here we go!
