"I'm more of a track person and I do sprints"

So I'm more of a track person and I do sprints but my Freshmen year I wanted to stay in shape for track so going into my sophomore year my coach told me cross country will have sprint work out 3 out of 5 day(there were other track sprinters that did XC to keep in mind). So I started my first week of the sprint work outs and I thought to my self if I'm here 3 out of 5 days I might as well join. So I asked the other sprinters and they said yes and so I joined and to say I made great friends and memories and from now on I'm doing XC
